New LEED pricing in effect, May 1

First price increase since 2014 supports high-quality service

On May 1, 2023, CAGBC and GBCI will increase the pricing for LEED registration and certification for all LEED rating systems. LEED Online will be updated to reflect the new pricing schedule, which you can view online here. Similar to GBCI’s increases, Canadian LEED Design and Construction projects can expect an average 12% increase in their standard fees. LEED Operations and Maintenance projects can expect a smaller increase.

This is the first pricing increase for LEED since 2014, and will enable us to continue to provide the highest-quality services, deliver the benefits of LEED certification, and meet your project goals.

Projects may prepay the current LEED certification fees by April 30 and submit for certification later, if desired. Projects can register by April 30 to gain access to LEED Online, submittal tools and resources, and CAGBC support.

All invoices generated on or after May 1, 2023, will apply the new fee schedule for both LEED registration and certification.

Also beginning on May 1, LEED-registered projects will have access to additional capabilities in Arc, previously part of Arc Essentials, including:

• Customized date ranges
• Scoring models
• Advanced scoring
• Project reporting
• Insight tool
