Confirmation of Agent’s Authority

The Certification Agreement is acknowledged during registration. If the building owner did not sign the agreement, please submit the Confirmation of Agent’s Authority form to confirm that the individual who signed the Certification Agreement has the authority to do so.
For LEED projects, the Confirmation of Agent’s Authority can be uploaded within the project’s profile in LEED Online. Navigate to the Details tab and upload the completed form using the “Upload Agent’s Authority” button on the right-hand side under Terms and Conditions. If the owner information initially entered is incorrect, please contact us.
For programs not supported in LEED Online, please provide the completed Confirmation of Agent’s Authority by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
