Certification Agreement

The Certification Agreement is a binding agreement for certification services rendered between CAGBC, Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), and the project owner.

For LEED projects, the Certification Agreement is acknowledged during the registration process and available at any time within the project’s profile in LEED Online. Navigate to the Details tab and it can be found on the right-hand side under Terms and Conditions. If the owner information initially entered is incorrect, please contact us.
For programs not supported in LEED Online, please download the Certification Agreement and provide the completed agreement by email to certifications@cagbc.org.
