The USGBC has launched a single sign-on process for their website, LEED Online, Arc, and all associated sites.

Why single sign-on? This increases account and password-related security and improves user experience. Additionally, having a single solution across all of USGBC applications lays the groundwork for future IT improvements.

The USGBC is also working on multi-factor authentication (MFA) with a release date targeted for the first quarter of 2024. This capability will further increase the security of your account and passwords.

If you have forgotten your password from your previous USGBC account, simply follow the instructions on how to reset your password that are included on the new sign-on page.

Note that users may experience a short delay during the roll out as all accounts are transferred over to the new process.
