Since launching in 2017, CAGBC has been able to maintain pricing for Zero Carbon Building – Design certification. To ensure the Standard can continue to evolve at the pace of the market, and that customers can receive the best support, CAGBC will be increasing fees by 10 percent effective January 1, 2023. Pricing for ZCB-Performance is not impacted.

Owners and developers have found ZCB-
Design to be a great framework and facilitator for achieving their decarbonization goals for new construction and retrofits. With over 175 projects registered under the standard, the market is learning how to design future-proof buildings that provide maximum long-term benefits to owners and tenants alike.
