CAGBC welcomes new Board Directors at 2026 AGM

The Canada Green Building Council formalized its Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), held at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal on June 17, 2026. Comprised of visionary leaders from across the building sector, this volunteer board lends collective expertise to guide CAGBC’s strategic priorities and advance sustainable building practices nationwide. 

Meeting just before the Building Lasting Change conference members voted to ratify new board appointments. Four seats were open for three-year terms, and the following Directors were officially ratified:

  • Jason Manikel, Purpose Building – Design, Construction & Supply Chain
  • Lillian Tummonds, Cadillac Fairview – Real Estate Owners, Developers and Managers
  • Nicholas Gefucia, Ellis Don – General Interest / At Large
  • Paul Greven, JLL – Real Estate Owners, Developers and Managers

The remaining Board Members include: 

  • Jody Becker, Ontario Infrastructure – Design, Construction & Supply Chain
  • Ailey Roberts, BentallGreenOak – Real Estate Owners and Developers
  • Nisha Agrawal, QuadReal – Real Estate Owners & Developers
  • Kit Milnes, KingSett Capital – General Interest / At Large
  • Emma Schindler, Ash Grove (CRH Canada Inc) – Design, Construction & Supply Chain
  • Kathy Wardle, Perkins&Will – Design, Construction & Supply Chain
  • Darryl Neate, REALPAC – General Interest / At Large
  • Scott Pickles, Urban Equation – General Interest / At Large

CAGBC would like to thank all candidates who participated in this year’s nomination process and recognize the ongoing commitment of our volunteer Board members, whose leadership and expertise help advance a high-performing, resilient and sustainable built environment across Canada. We also share our sincere thanks with departing members Stéphan Déry and Tony Cupido for their invaluable contributions to sustainable building in Canada.
