Course Highlights
Learn about the credits that are inherent to the project site and that should be considered during the site selection process. This course will also cover aspects of site develoment that can contribute to LEED credits, such as parking, heat island effect, stormwater management, open space, light pollution, landscape design and adaptations that can be made to site and building design to improve water efficiency.

Module 3: LEED v4 Sustainable Sites Credits Part II: Rainwater Management and Outdoor Water Use
Module 4: LEED v4 Water Efficiency Credits

The readings and assignments in this course rely upon the online LEED v4 BD+C Reference Guide, making it a required reference for this course. The web-based Reference Guide is the most up to date, contains information additional to the rating system’s online credit library, and serves as a main source of information for LEED professionals everywhere. You can purchase a year subscription to the web-based LEED v4 BD+C Reference Guide from the USGBC's website here.
