LEED for Existing Buildings Using the Dynamic Plaque

DURATION: 1 hour

The LEED Dynamic Plaque offers a new, streamlined pathway for existing buildings to achieve LEED certification. This pathway is available for buildings that are pursing LEED certification for the first time, as well as for buildings that are previously LEED certified (EB:O&M, NC or CS)

The LEED Dynamic Plaque simplifies the measurement of performance and focuses on the key metrics that matter most to building sustainability: Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation and Human Experience. Combining these key metrics with the prerequisites from the LEED EB:O&M v4 program allows property teams to focus on improving their building in the ways that will have the greatest impact on occupants and environmental performance, while reducing time and cost spent on documentation and tracking.
