A “How to” for Property Management
Real Estate organizations know the importance of successfully operating a healthy, comfortable and energy efficient building. Collaborating with tenants is a must if you want to improve and maintain building performance. While control varies, as a property manager, being equipped with the right knowledge and resources will undoubtedly yield positive financial and environmental results for both parties. While this course focuses on offices, the information is applicable to a variety of other building types and their tenants.
This course highlights the importance of, and business case for, landlord and tenant collaboration as it relates to sustainability. Participants will be provided with effective actions and tools to develop and facilitate a tenant engagement program that ultimately fosters good tenant relationships and drives improvements in building performance. Real-life examples and strategies that have been used will be shared by an organization that is a global real estate owner, investor, developer and property manager.
