Green Building Breakfast Series Session I: Leadership in Benchmarking and Disclosure

Building performance benchmarking and disclosure programs are rolling out across Ontario and other areas of Canada, ushering in a new era of transparency. This trend will create both a tremendous resource in data as well as challenges as properties begin to participate in these new programs. The CaGBC Toronto Chapter's first Green Building Breakfast session of the year will provide some major updates on benchmarking and disclosure programs,and will showcase new tools for the real estate and design community. Topics will include:
Ontario's Mandatory Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking Policy
What was learned from the first reporting period in 2018 and what do you need to know for phase 2 in 2019. Speakers will include Brian Byrnes, Senior Advisor Ontario Ministry of Energy and Neal Bach, President at Energy Profiles Ltd.
Voluntary Disclosure from the West Coast of Canada

New Tools in Energy Benchmarking
