CaGBC is seeking a high energy team player who will be responsible for the development, sales and delivery of CaGBC education programs within the GTA and potential new markets in Ontario. This position is instrumental in expanding the reach of CaGBC and thereby the professional capacity of the sustainable and healthy green building market. This key individual will work closely with Chapter and National staff colleagues in these key responsibilities:

  • Planning: ensure the delivery of education program and events in alignment with strategic priorities and the annual Chapter Business and Strategic Plan.

  • Expansion and Sales: execution on an annual plan to quantifiably expand education program delivery. Define market opportunities and establish new partnerships with industry and stakeholders.

  • Coordination & Delivery: perform all duties associated with the delivery of education programs and events including committee and speaker liaison, venue selection, marketing, sponsorship deliverables, registration and on site management of the event. Monitor the program budgets, and ensure the cost effectiveness of the education programs.

  • Program Development - Support the development and delivery of National education products (e.g. course content, student and instructor materials and supporting resources) including the establishment and monitoring of timelines and milestones.
