Key Responsibilities:
In-depth technical review of project documentation (including calculations and construction drawings) for compliance with LEED requirements and standards
Quality control (QC) review of work done by LEED review teams and colleagues
Communicating technical advice to project teams and the marketplace
Provide technical subject matter expertise in an aspect of the LEED rating systems
Provide technical advice in development and research opportunities
You are:
An experienced energy modeler with at least 5 years’ experience with LEED certification
Post-secondary education in mechanical, electrical, building systems or sustainability, and LEED AP credential
Committed and passionate about green building as a solution to climate change
A person who thrives on quality and detail in reading specifications and drawings
A subject matter expert in the field of Energy/HVAC
Professional designation is an asset (CET, P. Eng., etc.)
