ATHENA Environmental Impact Estimator
The Institute’s software, the Environmental Impact Estimator, is the only North American software for the life cycle assessment of buildings. Incorporating the Institute’s internationally recognized databases, the software covers more than 90 structural and envelope materials. It simulates over 1,000 different assembly combinations and is capable of modeling 95% of the building stock in North America.
