Mission Statement
In partnership with the Canada Green Building Council, the Greater Toronto Chapter's mission is to facilitate market transformation through:
- Building upon the successes of the Canada and US Green Building Council by reviewing and adapting policies and products to suit our Greater Toronto Regional context;
- Promoting and enhancing green building design and construction practices within the region;
- Integrating building industry sectors; and,
- Attracting and retaining an active and diverse membership from across the building industry.
We wish to encourage the participation of the local construction industry, including owners, developers, manufacturers, building operators and designers.
