
You are invited to join an organization whose mission is to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, economically viable, and healthy places to live, work and play. That organization is the Saskatchewan Chapter of the Canada Green Building Council.
Things to know before registering:
- You are joining the Saskatchewan Chapter of CaGBC as an individual. (Companies and organizations can join the CaGBC at the national level).
- If you are an employee of a company or organization that is a national level member, then advise the company ID number when registering.
- If your company or organization is not a national member, you can purchase the National Benefits Package separately. (National Benefits Package explained below).
- Students or new professionals within 5 years of graduation or 30 years of age or younger are designated as Emerging Green Builders (EGB’s), and are eligible for reduced rates for chapter registration and for the National Benefits Package. (see further info below).
How to join the Saskatchewan Chapter:
- Create your personal “My CaGBC” account by clicking on “Join Now” on the upper right of this page, or at “My CaGBC” on front page of website.
- Follow the prompts.
- EGB’s create their profile only, then send their proof of status to CaGBC (as described below), when confirmed they go back into their profile and complete the registration.
- Select whether you would like the National Benefits Package (this has to be done at time of registration).
- Pay by credit card and a receipt will be e-mailed to you.
Membership Fees:
The annual Chapter membership fee is $50.00 + G.S.T., payable online with either a Visa or MasterCard. For Emerging Green Builders, the annual membership fee is $25.00 + G.S.T.
- Chapter memberships are not transferable or refundable, and are valid for one year from the date of registration.
- Individual Chapter memberships do not include discounts on any LEED® related products of the Canada Green Building Council nor on events hosted by Canada Green Building Council.
