Green Building Tour of a custom built home by Kevin James Construction, Ltd. The home is being built with the objective of obtaining a LEED Gold certification. The CaGBC tour group will be given a tour of the home by the home owner and have the opportunity to ask questions of the builder.

Directions:
1082 MacLaren Road (RR #3), Perth, Ontario. The site is 9.5 km southwest of the town of Perth. From Perth:
1. Head southeast on Gore St E toward Brock St S - 0.7 km
2. Turn right at South St - 0.1 km
3. Continue on Scotch Line - 2.1 km
4. Turn left at Otty Lake Side Rd - 4.2 km
5. Continue on Kenyon Rd - 2.1 km
6. Continue on McLaren Rd - 0.2 km

The Ottawa Region Chapter of the CaGBC hosts regular tours of green buildings in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. Project team leaders guide participants to feature areas of buildings and provide insight into the design decisions made, demonstrating best practices and their application.
