Board of Directors
The CaGBC ORC Board Directors is comprised of 11 members. Positions and their roles are as follows:

· Board Chairperson, (chairs Board meetings, fulfils the Office of President and is the voice of the association)

· Board Vice–Chairperson, (supports Chair and fulfils the Office of Vice-President of the association)

· Board Treasurer, (head of finance and looks after books of the association)

· Board Secretary, (compiles minutes of Board meetings and maintains corporate record of the association) and

· 7 at –large Board Member positions
