On March 1st, 2010 the Atlantic Chapter is moving to paid membership.  Membership will be $100 for an individual, $75 for an individual whose company is a National Member and $35 for a student or an Emerging Green Builder.

We will be asking current unpaid members to move to a paid structure.  Member benefits include:

  • Member emails keeping you up-to-date on the Chapter events, latestAtlantic green building news and more

  • Free one year subscription to each/any of the following magazines:  SABMagazine, SAB Homes, Green Builder Canada

  • Member pricing for attendance to the Chapter’s educational programs throughout the program year

  • Member pricing for registration and attendance for the BuildGreen Atlantic Conference

  • Member pricing for registration to National Summit in Vancouver, BC

  • Free admission to the Chapter Lunch & Learns throughout the year

  • Opportunity to participate on the Atlantic Chapter Board & Committees

  • Voting Rights in annual Board of Directors Elections

  • Access to emerging technologies and concepts and professionals

  • Recognition as a leader in supporting a better built environment

Chapter members will also have an option to purchase a National Benefits Package for an additional $100.00 which provides:

  • CaGBC member discounts on LEED® reference materials
  • CaGBC member discount on the LEED® Green Associate exam
  • CaGBC member discount on LEED® Project Registration Fees

These savings add up to as much as $500

 
After March 1st, non paid members will remian on a distribution list for a period of three months and will continue to recieve the Chapter newsletter during that time.
