2012 Annual General Meeting

The 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Canada Green Building Council will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST in Toronto, ON, in the BMO Atrium at the Evergreen Brickworks, 550 Bayview Ave.

The meeting will be held for the purpose of approving the 2011 AGM minutes; appointing auditors for the 2012 fiscal year; receiving the 2011 audited financial statements; and receiving the President & CEO’s report.

All employees of CaGBC member organizations are invited to attend the AGM to support the vibrant growth and vitality of the Canada Green Building Council. For those attending the CaGBC National Conference, the AGM will immediately precede the National Conference Welcome Reception in the same location.

Only the main contact of each member organization is eligible to vote at the AGM and will receive a voting card. To confirm or update the main contact for your organization, please contact info@cagbc.org.
Member organizations not able to send a duly authorized representative to the AGM are entitled to vote by proxy. Completed proxy forms  must be received by Friday, June 8, 2012 (CaGBC Bylaws Article IV – Section 5).
