The Alberta Chapter of the CaGBC is the voice of green building in Alberta and the LEED®
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system. Our members are from all
sectors of Alberta's building industry, including architecture, engineering, interior design, construction, developers, building owners and operators, product manufacturers, municipalities and government organizations. Our aim is to increase awareness of and promote interdisciplinary dialogue on sustainable development.

Joining the Alberta Chapter is Easy!

  1. Click the Join/Renew button or go to www.cagbc.orgImage
  2. Select Membership from menu on the left side of the page
  3. Under the Membership options, select the Pay Individual Dues option
    1. Login using your My CaGBC profile username and password. 
    2. If you have forgotten your password please click the forgot password link or call 1-866-941-1184 for assistance
  4. If there are dues outstanding, you will see the amount owing
  5. To view or modify your membership options, click here. Otherwise, select Add to Basket
  6. Once you have modified the membership details, click on Continue
  7. On the Checkout Basket page, enter your credit card information and click Checkout. Please be sure to click ONLY once or your will be billed more than once.
  8. You will receive a receipt by email confirming your online payment.

Membership Categories

  • Member - $75/year - Employer is a National Member of the CaGBC
  • Associate Member - $100/year - Employer is not a member of the CaGBC National Organization
  • Emerging Green Builder - $35/year - Students and Young Professionals.  
    CRITERIA: An EGB is a full time student or new professional within 5 years of graduation and 30 years of age or younger
